The definition of the hotel, chosen by the owners, is an Art&Music Hotel because Hotel Isolabella is filled with artwork and it regularly hosts art exhibitions, as well as live music concerts on various occasions, creating a highly sophisticated musical atmosphere. However, this is not the only feature of this property, which sits amongst the majestic Dolomite mountains in Trentino, an area which is very popular with ski lovers and lovers of winter sports in general. Another special feature at the hotel is the huge mountain hut immersed in nature in the nearby town of Giasinozza, where the Cismon river flows; this is a paradise of greenery and relaxation, and guests can enjoy some of the best dishes from the Trentino cuisine here. The hotel’s restaurant also serves up top quality food in three separate dining rooms which boast three different atmospheres, and guests’ well-being is taken care of here too thanks to a 350m² spa that is dedicated to psychophysical recovery and a vast range of treatments and equipment
The health farm at Hotel Isolabella, which is 350m² in size, boasts a Jacuzzi, water features, a Mediterranean and Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, frigidarium, Kneipp circuit and relaxation area. The aesthetic treatments on offer include aromatic rituals for the face and body, sensory and holistic massages, baths and Alpine Healthcare, and guests can also undergo biocosmetic treatments that make use of the natural active ingredients in local products, such as Ribus Nigrum and nigritella. Wellness packages for couples, males, babies and children are also available here.
All the rooms have a balcony so guests can enjoy the extraordinary landscape that surrounds the property, and the rooms are split into the following categories: basic, comfort, art, junior suites, single and music rooms. Some of the more original rooms are those inspired by art (there are six in total and they are each decorated with the work of a different international artist) and music (for which guests can choose their favourite genere), whilst the junior suites are subdivided into their own categories: the Zirum suites are built from pinewood and they have two bathrooms, one of which has a hot tub; the Giardino suites have a large view of the hotel’s garden; and the Junior suites boast lots of space.
Hotel Isolabella’s restaurant is divided into three separate areas: the Sala dell’Albero, which features a large tree in the middle of the room; the Sala Rossa, which has large and bright spaces; and the Sala Giardino, which is an open air dining room. In the menu, classic dishes from the Trentino cuisines that he has reworked with gusto and originality, all of which is accompanied by a choice of over 150 different bottles of wine. Furthermore, during different periods of the year, food and wine events are organised here, as well as live music concerts.

The area of Primiero, where Hotel Isolabella is located, is a large valley at the foot of the Pala Group mountains (one of the nine mountain groups that is recognised as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO), which is home to six small towns that are connected to one another by large highlands and small roads. Just 4km away from the hotel is the Paneveggio natural park, and the ski area of San Martino di Castrozza and Passo Rolle, a southern point in the Dolomites Superski area. There is also a tunnel and panoramic road connecting Primiero to the Valle del Vanoi, where there are other small mountainous towns to visit, and where, during the winter, the characteristic Christmas markets are set up. The wonderful town of San Martino di Castrozza is also a must-see as it is perfectly surrounded by thick conifer forests.
Outdoor sports lovers will find numerous well equipped and charming places to visit in this area, from the lakes (Garda, Ledro, Caldonazzo and Levico) to the slopes of Val di Fassa.
