DV Chalet Boutique Hotel & SPA ****S
Opened in 2008 and perfectly nestled in the splendid natural setting of the Dolomites and Adamello-Brenta park, Chalet Dolce Vita Boutique Hotel & Spa is a design hotel that has a characteristic that makes it unique in Madonna di Campiglio: it is a bioarchitectural building, and this is why it was awarded and noted by the Michelin Guide in 2010 and honoured with the Ecolabel brand for the attention it pays to the environment and the ‘Quality Adamello-Brenta Park’ label. Furthermore, it was included in the ‘Trentino Charm’ club which boasts cutting-edge, eco chic and design hotels.
At just 300m from ski lift facilities and 400m from the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, this hotel is ideal for both summer and winter holidays, and guests can also make use of the family farm, Fò Gajard, which is immersed in the Adamello-Brenta natural park and which is a restructured 1700s house that looks over the Brenta group, and where, every Wednesday during the summer, the hotel’s chef and staff host a rustic barbeque.
The hotel’s SPA is called Panta Rei and it is free for the hotel’s guests, offering them facilities like a swimming pool with a swimming machine and Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, ice waterfall, multi-sensory chromotherapy shower, a shower with bursts of light, salt grotto with Himalayan salt walls, waterfalls and salt water sprays. All of the main treatments are carried out at the health farm, including aesthetic treatments, using Thalasso and phytoelement products. Some of the more exclusive proposals include cosmetic treatments like the ‘Medical Esthetical’, which uses cutting-edge technology to rejuvenate the skin, and ‘Multisensorial Lifting’, which provides a lifting effect thanks to the use of products with anti-ageing properties which penetrate even the deepest layers of skin.
Chalet Dolce Vita Boutique Hotel & Spa boasts 20 suites and each one is different from the next. The first floor is home to the ‘Velvet’ suites, which are furnished with velvet textiles, whilst the topic on the ‘Wool’ mezzanine is, naturally, wool. The rooms in the attic are dedicated to ‘MiTo’s’ and therefore mountaineering and the passion with which the architect Steven Mufatti designed these rooms with is clear to see.
Some suites also have Citterio wood fires, balconies, saunas and design bath tubs.
Managed by the young chef Enrico Croatti, the Dolomieu restaurant, 1 Star in the Michelin Guide, proposes a menu that creatively reinterprets the dishes of the local and Mediterranean tradition by using natural and organic ingredients (almost all of which come from Trentino). All the pasta, bread and baked goods are homemade.
Some of the hotel’s services and facilities:

In addition to Madonna di Campiglio, the Rendena Valley is home to many towns, like Pinzolo which is appreciated because of the various folk events it hosts, and a trip to the Vallesinella waterfalls in the Adamello-Brenta park is a must, as well as to the Campanil Basso, the San Giuliano lakes , the Carè Alto, the Lobbie glaciers and the Madrone in the Adamello Presanella massif.
