Hotel Adler Carezza ***
At 1400 meters above sea level, among the Norway Spruce trees of the Latemar forest in the Dolomites, the Hotel Adler welcomes guests into an environment inspired by traditional Alpine style, with beautiful wooden décor and furnishings. The area is a skier’s paradise: the lifts for the peaks of the Rosengarten group and Latemar are just 5 minutes’ drive away or can be reached easily by bus, which stop frequently outside the hotel. During the summer, guests can go walking or trekking in one of the most beautiful forests in Europe in Val d’Ega. And after a day on the slopes or forest trails, you’ll return to all the comforts of a grand hotel: a restaurant that serves specialities from South Tyrol, a wellness centre with a Finnish sauna and steam bath with panoramic views of the mountains, a lounge with a library, a bar where you can relax and socialise, and a sun terrace with views of the surrounding forest and the Pukolin stream.
The wellness centre of the Adler Hotel has a large glass façade, providing beautiful views of the garden and the Latemar forest as you relax. In centre has a traditional Finnish sauna between 60° and 80°, and a steam bath or Turkish bath at 42°-46° with aromatherapy, a shower, a tanning area with a UVA lamp, and a relaxation zone. Access to the wellness centre is included in the price of the stay.
The 17 bedrooms of the Hotel Adler have a telephone, free WLAN internet connection, satellite TV, a safe, and a balcony. All are decorated in a warm and welcoming style and have private bathrooms with dressing gowns, slippers, and a beauty kit.
The restaurant of the Adler Hotel serves a selection of the most delicious specialities of South Tyrol, including typical dumplings with locally produced speck, Marlene apple strudel, local cheeses, bread, and many more typical dishes, accompanies by the finest wines from Alto Adige and Trentino. The menu also includes a selection of Mediterranean dishes, and everything on the menu uses genuine products, most of which are locally sourced.
