Some of the hotel's services and facilities:
Maribor is the second largest city in Slovenia and the main city in the region of Strunjan, in the North-West of the country and close to the border with Austria, making it an important thermal spa and ski destination. Animated by cultural events throughout the year, especially the summer, this city boasts many points of interest from the main square, with its “Plague Column”, St John the Baptist cathedral, baroque buildings and the castle that is home to the regional museum. Nature tourism lovers have plenty of trails to choose from here that go through the Pohorje forest, on bike, foot or horse back, and wine and food lovers simply must go on a trip to the beautiful vineyards in the area: Maribor itself is home to the oldest vine in the world and the ‘wine trail’ starts here and takes visitors to numerous wine houses in the area along the way.
