Hotel Lac Salin Spa & Mountain Resort ****S
The view here is of the ‘Tibet of the Alps’, and even though Hotel Lac Salin Spa and Mountain Resort appears to be perfectly suited to this mountainous area, the inside is quite different: it's modern and elegant- wood has been used in various ways to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as other materials such as slate, granite and stoneware.
This resort, which boasts two restaurants and a meeting room that can hold up to 100 people, has a strong vocation for well-being and it features a 900m² spa, named Mandira Spa, which has a large indoor swimming pool and a modern fitness room.
The Mandira Spa expands over 900m² and boasts a heated swimming pool with a hydromassage corner and water feature, a Jacuzzi, Kneipp circuit, Solarium, Finnish sauna, herb bath, steam bath, ice fountain, multi-sensory showers and relaxation zone with water beds. A spa suite is also available where individual guests or couples can undergo a biosauna, Turkish bath and regenerating treatments. The treatments on offer here are both traditional and oriental ones, and there are even special massages for children and teenagers. The beauty treatments include exfoliating treatments, wraps and baths, and face and body treatments are performed here too.
The 65 rooms at Hotel Lac Salin Spa and Mountain Resort are divided into: Single, Superior, Family, Deluxe, Prestige and Suite, some of which are dedicated to Chakra and oriental medicine- considered and furnished according to feng-shui- with colors and materials that assign a different chakra to each room.
