The hotel has a Spa that covers 450 square meters, with a sauna, Turkish bath, and booths for beauty and massage treatments, and an elegant restaurant that serves Italian and international cuisine and is happy to cater for special dietary requirements, with vegetarian and gluten-free options. The kitchen also organises private or group cooking lessons. For those arriving by car, the hotel has a convention with a secure garage nearby.
Open to hotel guests and the general public, the Monté Spa of the Montecatini Palace covers 450 square meters and contains a pool with hydro-massage jets and water blades, a sauna, a Turkish bath, sensation showers, an ice cascade, and a relaxation area with herbal tea. The spa also contains two cabins for massage treatments, one of which is for couples, as well as a cabin with a waterbed and one reserved for beauty treatments. The Spa can also be booked for private parties, hen parties, or night time openings. The hotel also has a gymnasium overlooking the garden. The entrance to the Spa is not allowed under 16 years.
The 62 rooms of the Montecatini Palace consist of Standard Double rooms, Superior Double rooms, Classic Junior Suites, Classic Suites, Superior Suites, and Deluxe Suites. The Superior and Deluxe suites have a Jacuzzi in the living room, while Deluxe suites also have a large private terrace with a mini-pool for two. All accommodation has air conditioning, a telephone, satellite TV, dressing gowns and slippers, a balcony (on request for Standard Double rooms), a kettle with a selection of teas, a minibar, a safe, and free Wi-Fi access. Some rooms have panoramic views of the surround hills and Montecatini Alto.
The Francy restaurant in the Montecatini Palace is open to the general public and serves Italian and international cuisine, with special menus available for vegetarians, vegans, and those who require gluten-free options. The menu changes each month so that it uses only the freshest seasonal products. During the warmer seasons, it is possible to have lunch or dinner outside under the gazebo. The restaurant frequently organises oil, wine, and chocolate tasting events, and guests can request cooking lessons for individuals or groups.
