The pride of the hotel is the large outside pool filled with mineral water, animated with cervical massage cascades, water jets and a neighbouring Jacuzzi. Inside the spa is another pool filled with water from the Etruria spring among the pines behind the hotel, which the Ministry of Health has recognised for its therapeutic properties in treating dermatological conditions, vasculopathies and arthropathies, the latter treated with mud-balneotherapy. In addition to the pools, the spa contains a sauna, multi-sensory showers, a Turkish bath with chromotherapy and a Rasul bath, while the Beauty Centre offers a wide range of relaxing and draining massages, or purifying and the exclusive black soap treatment from Morocco on the Hammam bed, in addition to aesthetic medicine, beauty and anti-ageing treatments. The facilities are completed by the well-equipped gymnasium, where guests can work out in their own time or attend a range of fitness courses led by specialised instructors, or enjoy the large and comfortable relaxation area. The 150 bedrooms and Suites of the Hotel Terme Marine Leopoldo II all overlook the large outdoor swimming pool or the pine woods that surround the property.
