Located on the coast, this hotel has a private beach, which is paved and furnished, two restaurants, one which is formal and one which is more informal, and three bars (the Grand Café, Piano Bar and Tropic Bar, on the beach) serving cocktails and drinks which can be enjoyed on the terrace that looks out over the gulf of Pirano. Some of the hotel’s services and facilities:
In just a few minutes from the hotel you can reach the Medieval town of Pirano, the squares and churches of which are fine testaments to Venetian gothic architecture, whilst on the other side of the coast you can visit the open air museum of Formaviva which boasts stone sculptures and a wonderful view of the Portorose gulf. Crossing over the hill takes you to Fiesso, a natural park with two lakes.
The hotel's location makes it the ideal base for visits to the Lipica stables, the Postumia and San Canziano caves and the islands of Brioni and Venice.
